Capacity development is a core practice that SHPI applies to advance and sharpen skills and knowledge to its staff, volunteers and beneficiaries to better realize its vision, mission and objectives.
SHPI capacity development services is designed to ensure that supported staffs, volunteers and beneficiaries are constantly capacitated to deliver the expected results and document them accordingly to ensure that evidence of the successes achieved is shared. We believe that strengthening the capacity of staffs, volunteers and beneficiaries leads to strengthened voice and power to citizens and positioning them at the centre of good governance, human rights, sustainable livelihood and socio-economic development processes.
