What we Do

:: CAPACITY BUILDING / DEVELOPMENT

Capacity development is a core practice that SHPI applies to advance and sharpen skills and knowledge to its staff, volunteers and beneficiaries to better realize its vision, mission and objectives.

SHPI capacity development services is designed to ensure that supported staffs, volunteers and beneficiaries are constantly capacitated to deliver the expected results and document them accordingly to ensure that evidence of the successes achieved is shared. We believe that strengthening the capacity of staffs, volunteers and beneficiaries leads to strengthened voice and power to citizens and positioning them at the centre of good governance, human rights, sustainable livelihood and socio-economic development processes. In this case, our capacity development program  is focused on supporting performance improvement, Organization growth as well as the capacity to relate and link with others.

:: SERVICE DELIVERY /HUMANITARIAN SERVICES

SHPI is working at the middle between government and the community. Donors are source of funding and SHPI is the one that is responsible for delivering the services to the community.

The goal of SHPI is to provide more efficient service delivery and fill the gap between community in needs and government. It happens by cutting the costs, increasing participation of the beneficiaries, increasing accessibility and increasing the quality of services to those who need it most.
